Estate Plan Checkup and Review (you may be eligible for a waiver of the planning session fee – see below)

If you already have an estate plan (or any family legal documents) in place, you are in the right place to schedule a checkup and review of these documents and the titling of your assets to ensure that your plan will work for your family when they need it.

Once you schedule, we will send you everything you need to get prepared so that you can leave this session with the total confidence of knowing you have made informed, educated and empowered decisions for yourself and the people you love.

Simply preparing for the Estate Plan Checkup and Review itself with the pre-session homework that you will complete and return before the session will have you feeling confident that none of your hard-earned assets will be lost when something happens to you. And, you’ll immediately have the confidence of knowing you are doing the right thing for yourself and the people you love.

Once you are taken to our online scheduler on the next page, please choose an appointment time at least two weeks in the future so you have plenty of time to get your pre-session homework completed and returned to us prior to your Estate Plan Checkup and Review. By completing and returning the pre-session homework, you will get the most out of our time together and and you will know for certain whether your plan will meet your family’s needs.

Do plan to spend the full two hours together, and bring your spouse or partner to your Estate Plan Checkup and Review. If your spouse or partner can't make it for any reason, please call us at least one week in advance to reschedule.

If you would like to pay nothing for this session, simply do the following: 1) use the promo code IWILLDOTHEHOMEWORK in the promo code box below, 2) commit to completing ALL of the pre-session homework in advance of your session, which includes a 50-point plus review sheet to go through your current plan, and 3) by making that commitment, I will waive my normal $950 checkup and review fee.

If you are using a coupon code and the session fee is waived, you will notice that you are still requested to enter your credit card information above. You will need to enter your credit card information to secure your appointment time as we are blocking off two full hours on our calendar to meet with you, to the exclusion of others who would like to schedule. Nothing will be charged to your card so long as you return your pre-session homework in advance and keep the scheduled appointment time that you select. If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least one week in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for your session.
